Of Death Knights, Hunters, and Warcraft

So again as you probably already know death knights are a hero class for Wrath of the Lich King. They will start at level 55 and have a series of starting quests to teach you how to play them. They of course wear full plate and are mostly a class that fights with diseases. They can be any race horde or alliance. Unfortunately blizzard does not currently plan for any more races to be put into the expansion. Planning a Death Knight is all a matter of looks or perhaps racial traits f you take the game that seriously. My current goal with my hunter is to get to level 55 before Wrath of the Lich King. I want a death knight way more than I like my hunter so hunter for death knight it is. As soon as wrath comes out I will hopefully be able to create my own death knight with full green and blue armor.(well technically its green armor and blue weapon.) Any tips for fast leveling places for a 4 hunter?
