Are all pets female?

I noticed this before on another blog can't remember who it was though so if you're that person claim the credit that is yours.

Ok so once in a hunter's life he will run into the undead in the Wetlands. These are special undead as they can turn you and you pet into undead so you can using this method determine if your pet is male or female. It appears to me that all pets are in fact, female as all three of mine turned into females. I forgot the name of the guys that do this, sorry it's because my account is still closed as now they wanted me to mail something which should arrive today or tomorrow. Anyway I want to know if all hunter pets are female so trek to the wetlands and tell me in the comments if your pet turns into a male of a female. One random commenter will win my photoshoping skills for one piece relating to warcraft. Which could be anything from a stylized image of your character to a header for your website.
